Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Foss National Leasing / LeasePlan (FNL / LP) is a part of the Foss Automotive Group which was established in 1962. It is the largest privately owned and operated fleet management company in Canada. Foss has a reputation for superior customer service and providing solutions tailored specifically to the needs of today’s automotive fleet managers.

The company is seeking a dedicated and versatile Marketing and Sales Coordinator for a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension to join our team. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be providing administrative and organizational support to both the sales and marketing teams. This person acts as a liaison between departments and the company, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of marketing efforts. The M&S Coordinator works together with their marketing and sales team to execute campaigns and sales strategies alongside other responsibilities. This is a great position for someone looking to get into either Marketing or Sales roles.

What you will do :

  • Review website marketing leads and website content daily including any required updates, blogs and more.
  • Coordinate internal events and social media content alongside the content calendar.
  • Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling reports, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate email campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
  • Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain and organize the inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary

What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of French language is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Design programs, and Office 365
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is an asset
