The Inventory Planning and Replenishment Lead is responsible for overseeing the Inventory Management processes whilst maintaining accuracy for items carried in the warehouse. Ensures the planning, implementation and evaluation of related financial, human and physical resources are in support of strategic initiatives. This position manages inventory management operations and resources across the Lower Mainland and ensures requirements of the organization are met efficiently and cost effectively, and the right level of inventory is in place to support patient care.

A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or related field and completion of an accredited program in Warehouse Management or Logistics, five (5) years of recent, related experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics management including a minimum of two (2) years’ leadership / supervisory experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Keen attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. Highly self-motivated and self-directed. Team oriented and ability to work within a collaborative environment. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff members and subordinates. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
