About the Opportunity

Our client, Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a skilled and innovative BI Developer to join our Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation. You’ll design scalable BI solutions, integrate external data sources using lakehouse architecture, and lead automation initiatives using Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric
• Load and Transform data using python notebooks and SQL
• Integrate external data sources (APIs, ERP, cloud storage)
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making
• Create low-code/no-code apps with Power Apps
• Automate workflows using Power Automate
• Collaborate with business teams on data and reporting requirements
• Mentor users and assist with data validation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of Power BI development experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse) and lakehouse architecture
• Strong SQL, data warehousing and data integration skills
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and generative AI
• Solid understanding of data governance and reporting frameworks
• Python experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
