We're currently looking for an Evaluation Coordinator to join our Healthy Aging Alberta team.
Reporting to the Evaluation & Data Governance Manager, the Evaluation Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of evaluation activities across the Healthy Aging Alberta initiative and its Service Delivery Models (Community & Home Supports, Assisted Transportation, Social Prescribing). Healthy Aging Alberta Initiative (HAA) is a provincial initiative led by a Community Leadership Council (CLC) and backboned by United Way of Calgary and Area. Working closely with the Evaluation & Data Governance Manager, Data Analyst, and broader HAA team, the Coordinator helps ensure consistent data collection, contributes to evaluation tool development, and supports reporting processes related to service delivery models and the broader HAA initiative.
This role helps operationalize evaluation across the initiative by developing tools, tracking commitments, coordinating evaluation workflows, supporting data collection processes, and helping staff and partners use evaluation systems effectively. The Evaluation Coordinator plays a key role in embedding evaluation into everyday practice and strengthening learning across HAA.
