Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to develop and manage detailed cutover plans for SAP implementations. This role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate cutover activities, collaborate with various departments, and ensure seamless transitions during SAP projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management.
• Proven track record in managing SAP cutover activities for large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP and Cutover Management.
• Skills in Change Management and Risk Management.
• Proficiency in Client Office Suite and Data Analysis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed cutover plans for SAP implementations.
• Coordinate all cutover activities to ensure seamless transitions.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to align on cutover strategies.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with cutover activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SAP best practices.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding cutover status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the cutover process.
• Document and share lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
