Heavy Equipment Operator

• Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery to complete diverse landscape construction projects.
• Execute fine grading and site preparation with expert precision.
• Read, interpret, and follow grade stakes, elevations, and site plans.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure safe, efficient operation.
  
  

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
• 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (bulldozer experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of fine grading, site layout, and construction best practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
