Intertek is searching for a Team Leader Engineering Services to join our Building & Construction team in our Coquitlam BC office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in the Testing Inspection and Certification (TIC) Industry !

The Team Leader - Engineering Services is responsible for the day-to-day management of one or multiple assigned engineering services team including managing the operational budget and assisting with the development and direction of strategic plans and growth initiatives.

What it takes to be successful in this role :

Degreeinengineeringand / orbusinessadministration

Minimum of five years technical management experience in an engineering environment preferably within a testing certification product development laboratory or engineering / code compliance firm

Minimumofthree yearsgeneralmanagementexperienceincludingsupervisionofstaff

Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills

Excellentleadershipandteambuildingskills

Mustbeself-motivatedandassertive

Mustbeabletoworkindependentlyinafast-pacedmulti-taskingenvironment

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage for this position is $90000 to $110000 per year. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set experience qualifications and other job-related addition to competitive compensation packages Intertek employees are eligible for a variety of benefitsincluding paid time off paid holidays medical dental vision life and disability insuranceRRSP with company match tuition reimbursement and more.
