ALTIOS International is actively recruiting a Marketing Specialist on behalf of their international client, a global pharmaceutical laboratory company specializing in injectable products. This position aims to effectively drive the company’s growth through digital and physical actions in the Canadian pharmaceutical market.
Location and Travel :
Missions
Develop and execute marketing plans to support the launch and growth of our products in the Canadian market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies
Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, market research firms, and event planners
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are within budget
Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing performance and progress towards goals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on the Canadian market.
Ability to analyze market at all levels and develop / execute marketing strategies to drive business
Ability to train / coach sales representative to ensure positive growth in business in the Hospital setting
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at a Provincial and Federal level
Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare industry and regulatory environment
Experience managing external vendors and agencies
Willingness to travel as needed
