We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce development. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws, combined with the ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations : Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management : Oversee the performance review process, working with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Training & Development : Design and implement training programs to develop employees' skills and leadership potential. Promote continuous learning and career growth within the organization.
- Compliance & Legal : Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws, including wage and hour regulations, safety standards, and anti-discrimination laws.
- HR Policies & Procedures : Develop, update, and communicate company policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Benefits & Compensation : Oversee employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement plans, etc.) and compensation strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Employee Engagement & Retention : Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. Analyze employee surveys and feedback to implement positive changes.
- HR Reporting & Analytics : Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment effectiveness, employee engagement).
- HRIS & Systems : Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to streamline HR processes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Team Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and develop junior HR staff. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and HR software.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.Benefits and Perks
