Alata Tech Inc ., part of the Driving Force Group of Companies is a fleet management company with software solutions that make managing a fleet faster and easier, is looking for a Senior Product Manager! The role of Senior Product Manager is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of experienced product professionals.

In this capacity, you will collaborate seamlessly across departments, engage with customers and stakeholders, and refine product requirements and roadmaps.

Your expertise will be essential in integrating vital customer feedback into our overarching product strategy, ensuring our products remain in the forefront of innovation and market demand.

The Senior Product Manager will also assist with developing budgets, time estimates, and preparing business cases for major development efforts.

This person will also be responsible for ensuring product development is on track, working with design teams to produce and test prototypes, coordinating cross-functional projects and teams, obtaining feedback from clients, designers, and engineers, and adjusting product specifications as needed, and communicating with stakeholders during the product life cycle.

What you’ll do :

  • Responsible for multiple features of a product, and potentially an overall product.
  • Understand and create Product briefs and work with clients to fine-tune them.
  • Ensure Product development is on track and adjust schedules as required.
  • Work with various design teams to produce and test Product prototypes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and creative teams.
  • Communicate with stakeholders during the Product life cycle.
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Lead product professionals and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

What you'll need :

  • BSc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Creative thinking skills
