Accounts Receivable Specialist

📍 Location: Ville Saint-Laurent

🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week (Hybrid – 4 days in-office)

💰 Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)

Our client, a well-established company in the aviation industry, is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team in Ville Saint-Laurent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a stable and dynamic organization in a unique and fast-moving sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing collections for assigned client accounts
• Ensuring timely payments and adherence to credit terms
• Communicating with clients via phone and email to resolve outstanding issues
• Preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly AR reports
• Reviewing aging reports and assisting with bad debt provisions
• Opening and maintaining accurate customer accounts in the system

The ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or credit & collections
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bilingualism (English & French, spoken and written)
• A reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
