Position Overview
Working as a member of the Health Information Services team, the incumbent is responsible for a variety of tasks related to health information, including patient / client registration, creating and maintaining patient / client health records, filing, record retention and destruction, and release of personal health information for ongoing care.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
