Job description8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager , with a proven track record in software / application development iOS / Android / Web React Native Typescript github Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end, from inception to launch Hands-on experience working in a start-up or fast-moving, ambiguous environment Strong ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution Partner directly with the founder to design, prioritize, and drive the project roadmap Break down big ideas into actionable milestones, tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource plans Build and scale teams : recruit, interview, and manage contractors, agencies, and employees Run lean and effective testing cycles, tapping contractors and volunteer groups for feedback Collaborate with the CFO on budgets, resource allocation, and contractor payments Coordinate closely with the founder’s assistant to keep onsite execution organized and on track Champion a start-up mindset—adapt quickly, experiment boldly, and find creative solutions to keep the team moving forward
