Learning & Development Specialist

1-800-GOT-JUNK Brands is looking for a Learning Specialist to join our growing team! As part of the People and Culture department you will play an integral role in the design development and continuous improvement of the learning & development processes and programs. You are passionate about learning and personal development. This includes staying updated on the latest trends best practices and emerging technologies in the field of Learning & Development. You are creative innovative and thrive in a collaborative environment where you often work with cross-functional teams subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and co-create effective learning solutions that support organizational success.

ð HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (TuesThurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

Designing Instructional Content

• Design and develop high-quality instructional materialsincluding presentations training manuals e-learning modules and multimedia resources.
• Design learning experiences with the target audience in mind.
• Create content that reflects the O2E brand voice and adheres to brand guidelines.

Salary Range : $64000 - $80000 per annum

(The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education experience and internal equity.)
