OPEN: Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Power Platform (especially Power Apps and the Center of Excellence), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and custom application development.

This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform CoE best practices.
• develop best practices across our M365 ecosystem
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using M365 services.
• Develop custom applications and integrations leveraging Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, and other modern development frameworks.
• Establish governance, security, and lifecycle management for Power Platform assets.
• Drive adoption and enablement of M365 tools through training, documentation, and support.
• Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and security of M365 services.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively recommend improvements.
