Sr. Systems Administrator:
On behalf of our legal services client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Systems Administrator for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Sr. Systems Administrator - Job Description:
This role involves managing and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Infrastructure, ensuring optimal system configuration and security settings. The position supports a stable law firm environment, emphasizing work/life balance and requiring strong client-facing communication skills.

Sr. Systems Administrator - Responsibilities:
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory and related services
• Administer Microsoft Azure Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 solutions
• Design and implement complex solutions in the Microsoft Azure environment
• Coordinate patch management for Microsoft Windows Servers
• Provide tier 3 user support in a geographically dispersed environment
• Participate in server infrastructure initiatives and projects
• Monitor and respond to tickets for the Infrastructure and Cloud Services team

Sr. Systems Administrator - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure and M365 design and administration
• Microsoft Azure certification (preferably Microsoft Azure Administrator)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a server administrator role
• Experience with VMware vSphere 7/8 administration
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration

Sr. Systems Administrator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Working knowledge of EMC storage arrays UNITY and VPLEX
• Experience with Microsoft SQL database and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Cisco UCS system
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms
• Competent technical writing skills
