The LPN will perform a variety of medical procedures including administering medications, drawing blood, and properly documenting care. This is a project-based position with competitive pay and ample opportunities for advancement.

• Responsibilities :
• Ensure that the nursing facility's policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Complete medical records by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
• Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
• Provide information regarding the status of patients to physicians or other care providers.
• Qualifications :

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure.

Active BLS / CPR Certification

Knowledge of Med Surg required .

Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (Or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not there)
