Location : Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON L4V 1V1

Job Type : Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite

Anticipated Hours of Work : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.

Salary : $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)

Pay Schedule : Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday

Reports To : Cladding Estimating Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Cladding Estimator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario and support the preparation of accurate project cost estimates and bid submissions.

What You’ll Do

• Review project documents, including drawings and specifications, to assess scope and requirements
• Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates using architectural drawings
• Prepare cost estimates for cladding projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
• Submit bids and track project proposals to ensure timely submissions
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate costs
• Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope
• Use industry-specific software, such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, for estimating and documentation
• Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing records, and bid tracking systems
