Your Opportunity

Your role is an experienced Construction Superintendent responsible for leading and delivering industrial infrastructure building projects . This is a temporary position until June 2027 and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

The Team

This role is responsible for managing construction activities from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Work Environment

This is a full‑time temporary role from February 2026 until June 2027.

A Day in The Life

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects
• Oversee and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site personnel
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues promptly
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and senior management
• Approve invoices, change orders, and material purchases
• Manage RFIs, change orders, inspections, and punch lists
• Assist in project estimating and proposal preparation, as required
• Ensure safety, health and environmental quality standards are being met
• Perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites simultaneously
• Identify areas of work outside of contracted scope
