About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Proposal Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clear, persuasive, and technically accurate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring each submission effectively communicates our value proposition and aligns with client needs.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Write, edit, and submit accurate, persuasive, and well-structured RFP content / responses, including technical specifications and scope of work summaries, ensuring all content aligns with company messaging and client requirements.
• Track bid progress and participate in pre-bid meetings
• Support the development of standardized templates and document libraries
• Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Create and maintain comprehensive guides, FAQs, and release documentation using Zendesk, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and ease of understanding.
• Revise and update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements, maintaining consistency in tone, formatting, and technical accuracy.
• Draft admin alerts and customer notifications to inform institutions about new features, improvements, and upcoming releases.
• Partner with UX designers to refine interface text, assist with mockups, and ensure all user-facing language is intuitive and accessible.
• Apply UX writing principles to improve the user experience and ensure all written content aligns with design and usability best practices.
• Work closely with product teams to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Support teams to ensure client-facing materials (particularly around feature requests or bug fixes) are transparent, accurate, and professional.
