Service New Brunswick (SNB) is seeking individuals to join the Technology Services Division as Deskside Support Technicians in the Saint John Fredericton and Moncton regions. New Brunswick is modernizing its Clinical Information Solution (CIS) a provincewide digital health transformation initiative designed to replace multiple existing systems and paper charts in hospitals with one connected electronic health information system for the entire province. As part of this transformation you will support the modernization of critical technology infrastructurehelping build a trusted system for physicians clinicians and patients. What will you be doing

As a member of the Client Services team you will ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. The primary function of these particular roles will be the set up and distribution of replacement devices for Healthcare clients. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to :
