Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join a well-known manufacturer in business for over 50 years in Montreal!Full time. Permanent. Responsibilities :  Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements ;Analyze production costs and budgets to optimize financial performance ;Manage accounts payable and receivable processes ;Oversee payroll and tax compliance ;Conduct reconciliations and assist with audits ;Provide financial insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Profile :  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry;Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
