The Opportunity : Innovate and Lead

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping commercial strategies for major rail and transit projects across Ontario. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to deliver contractual excellence and drive impactful outcomes for communities.

Your Impact

• Lead commercial oversight for major rail and transit projects, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and client expectations.
• Negotiate and manage complex agreements including teaming, joint ventures, and subconsultant contracts.
• Advise bid teams on commercial strategy, risk profiles, and client terms during proposal development.
• Drive change management processes, proactively identifying scope deviations and quantifying impacts.
• Partner with Project Controls and Finance to monitor financial health, mitigate variances, and optimize performance.
• Resolve disputes and claims through strategic analysis and documentation, safeguarding project success.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to corporate initiatives that enhance commercial governance.
