Your contribution!
They will work collaboratively with all IT-OT teams and closely with the organization's procurement team to execute procurement cycle activities.
They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IT-OT suppliers, implementing various sourcing strategies, executing the sourcing process in alignment with budgetary objectives, identifying cost reduction and value enhancement opportunities in addition to overseeing the supplier performance measurement process.

Your day-to-day!
- Establish strategic procurement plans for defined projects and IT contracts with buy-in from key stakeholders and monitor delivery on time and on budget;
- Execute the IT procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation and preparation, order management, billing follow-up and budget monitoring;
- Implement appropriate IT supply chain controls to meet IT budget targets, including the identification and measurement of procurement-related KPIs;
- Develop supplier management tools and processes, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to measure performance and implement supplier improvement processes;
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives using all procurement tools and processes;
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers that provide a stable foundation for future business opportunities;
- Perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time;
- Participate in negotiations with the VP IT-OT as well as Senior Directors and suppliers, in order to obtain the most favourable result for the organization while taking into account the long-term strategy;
- Support and lead the drafting of agreements with suppliers, using appropriate contract templates and utilizing experts from different functions as needed;
- Understand, implement and adhere to the organization's procurement policies and ensure the same with the supplier base;
- Collaborate with internal / external customers to meet current needs and explore opportunities for mutual benefit and innovation;
- Structuring and organizing the delivery of IT services and equipment with the IT teams and managers involved following the signing of new agreements with suppliers.
Your skills, our requirements!
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and implementation of procurement strategies;
- Experience in implementing IT procurement processes, managing ITGC controls, an asset;
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or in a procurement discipline;
- Certification / In-depth knowledge of ITIL, an asset;
- Capacity for influence and mobilization; Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships;
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and sense of priorities
- Results-oriented, good problem-solving skills and process simplification;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English, both oral and written) required to ensure collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec on a recurring basis.

- The position is based at the company's head office in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
- This position is a P3 level.
