Reporting to the VP of IT PMO you will be responsible for supporting the Saputo Project Management Office with various optimization initiatives. Youll leverage your MS Office expertise to update project governance guidelines and controls project delivery methods and tools. The incumbent will execute improvements provided by the Director to project controls templates and documentation. The incumbent will also support the testing and migration of data to a new Project Management solution.

This is an opportunity to develop skills in project governance cost controls planning communications and problem solving in a fast-paced professional environment.

The Internship Program will begin on May 11th and end August 14th 2026.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...

• Support the migration of the Project Management Office solution to the new includes organizing documents migrating files testing functionality creating learning materials and supportingtraining sessions to the IT organization.

• Test proof of concept of prioritized PMO AI use promptstestingand findings.

• Support the delivery of the prioritized PMO continuous improvement list including organization of the Methodology Deliverables creation of templates gathering of golden samples

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administrationor Engineering (Second or third year undergrad or first year Master students);

• Advanced proficiency levels in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word). MS Power BI preferred

• Experienced in AI prompt engineering

• Strong analytical skills in assessing and reviewing business processes identification and resolution of defects during testing

• Basic understanding of project financials ability to calculate cost variances and manipulate formulas

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to adapt and adjust quickly to changing priorities
