Key Responsibilities
As a Scheduling Supervisor youll oversee and manage daytoday scheduling operations ensuring optimal staffing levels for client needs. Your main duties will include :
- Scheduling & Coordination : Managing staff schedules assigning shifts and handling lastminute changes.
- Communication : Acting as the central contact for staff and clients resolving scheduling issues and providing updates.
- Payroll & Timesheets : Verifying timesheets for accuracy and preparing payroll documents.
- Shift Verification : Confirming shift completions and documenting discrepancies or incidents.
- OnCall Duties : Providing afterhours support during your oncall week.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone with at least 6 months of experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling. You should be organized adaptable and skilled in communication with a working knowledge of scheduling software and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required; postsecondary education in a related field is a plus.
