Production supervisor (3X12h night shift)
WHAT TO EXPECT
Do you like night work, but especially all the challenges that come with supervising personnel?
At Soucy Caoutchouc, you'll have the chance to work as a production supervisor in a unionized environment, while being part of a close-knit team.
You'll have to work and collaborate with your fellow supervisors and with the various internal players. As you probably know, you'll have to deal with a variety of production issues, employee management, quality, and so on!

- Maintain a safe, respectful work environment and climate based on the organization's values.
- Promote and apply health and safety practices in the workplace
- Act as a coach, leader and credible partner to his / her team of workers in collaboration with the operations management team
- Ensure high quality standards, manage deficiencies with workers and support our commitment to excellence
- Ensure productivity standards are met and production plans are adhered to
- Manage priorities in collaboration with service departments on shift (planning, maintenance, quality assurance, engineering)
- Lead daily production follow-up meetings in a customer-oriented manner
- Manage the department's human resources and daily assignments
- Perform any other tasks requested by the immediate superior
