We are a dynamic organization focused on growth and innovation across multiple lines of business. We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional as Senior Sales Executive of HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll who will be responsible for new business development, and hiring, managing, and scaling a sales team.
The successful candidate’s leadership will be an integral part of this division’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities that achieve business outcomes for our customers.
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for prospects.
- Maintain strong knowledge of HCM / Payroll competitors and the industry in general.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert across the entire platform and educate sales teams on all HCM products and services.
- Work closely with all sales teams to ensure collaboration and communication.
- Partner with marketing to create and manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
- Hire, manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed company objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to help us expand our market presence.
- Strategize how to position Fuze HR against the competitor ecosystem.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the President.
- Monitor sales performance : activities, pipelines, and monthly forecasts.
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
- Lead team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Qualifications
- Proven success selling HCM / Payroll solutions to small, medium and / or large businesses.
- Must have worked as and be passionate as a Sales Hunter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while keeping up with changing priorities.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize work.
- Strategic mindset and ability work proactively and autonomously.
- An aptitude for working cross-functionally with others
