Carmichael is looking for an ERP / CRM Administrator to work in our Montreal Head office location. This is a full time, permanent position with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities :

Support for Maestro / CRM

Set up new users in the system

Create training manuals / videos

Solve technical issues

user support and training for CRM systems

Deploy new Maestro functions in branches'

Requirements :

Must have 1-2 years of similar IT experience

Must have a diploma in IT

Bilingual in French / English

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 un asset
