We’re looking for a (Part‑time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward. As a (Part‑time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for role‑modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in‑store sales, web orders, and goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a past‑pace environment, collaborate, and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.
Key Accountabilities
- Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
- Facilitates achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
- Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Opens and closes the store proficiently.
Qualifications

$18.85 - $20.94 per hour.
