Your functionI am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the field of electrical transport located in Boucherville, a Quality Specialist - Permanent position 40 hours per week.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Develop and implement quality control objectives for manufacturing- Identify and resolve root causes and corrective actions, working with engineering and production teams- Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for improvement- Implement and monitor KPIs and associated documentation according to standards- Deploy quality tools (FMEA) and QPQP to support the various teams- All other tasks related to the positionYour professional skills- Priority management and rigor- Leadership and strong communication skills- Excellent interpersonal skills and team playerWe're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right.
Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams.Your profile-Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment-Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering-Bilingual French - English-Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO / TS 16949 standards-Knowledge of GD&T, Key Characteristics, FAI processes-Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management best practices-Knowledge of CMVSS, FMVSS, D-250 and CARB standards an asset-Knowledge of Office suite and PowerBi-Ability to travel in Quebec and abroad- Salary : $90k - $100k depending on experience-Weekday position with flexible hours, full insurance, company RRSP.
