Job description

MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a  Proposal and Production Coordinator to join their team in either Calgary or Edmonton.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with proposal teams to develop, format, and deliver proposals for public and private sector clients, utilizing tools like MS Office and Bluebeam.
  • Source and create corporate content, including project descriptions, qualification summaries, and resumes, while working directly with technical staff.
  • Ensure proposals adhere to company format and brand standards, maintaining quality through thorough proofreading and error correction.
  • Manage proposal templates, update standardized components (e.g., CVs, project sheets), and oversee file management and archiving.
  • Format and produce proposals and technical reports, ensuring timely and accurate physical and digital delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and collaborators to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 2 years of experience in a proposal, marketing, or production role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project), Bluebeam, and Adobe Pro.
  • Strong formatting skills with expertise in adhering to formatting and brand guidelines.
