Base Salary : $22.15 per hour (plus shift premiums and bonuses)

We are seeking dedicated, experienced Forklift operators to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating walkies, double forks, and Reach Dockstockers, and is looking for a long-term career with a stable and growing company. This position offers competitive pay with additional premiums for evening and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities :

• Safely and efficiently operate a Walkie, Double Fork, and Reach Dockstocker to pick and move cases within the warehouse.
• Accurately case pick, load, and unload products while adhering to all safety standards.
• Perform inventory checks, manage stock, and ensure all materials are organized and stored properly.
• Operate equipment for loading and unloading, ensuring proper handling of products to prevent damage.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
• Maintain equipment by performing basic checks and notifying management of any issues or malfunctions.
