Job Description

Summary of the Job :

The Global Project Execution Leader will be responsible for (1) overseeing the ProjEx QMS policy and ensuring global compliance and supporting ISO audits (2) Conducting reviews with the regional teams on complex projects on a quarterly / monthly basis (3) integrating the execution work practices with VWT and VWTS and (4) driving best practices and lessons learned regarding projects across the globe. In addition, this leader will assist regions in execution of projects and removing impediments or finding resources necessary for successful execution of projects. This role may act as a project sponsor on specific jobs including senior customer interactions.

  • Demonstrated leader in leading large and or complex projects from Design Build thru full EPC execution including significant senior level customer interactions
  • Leader : Execute strategic solutions, execute plans, strengthen team.
  • Motivator / Mentor : Provide project execution expertise and support to our regional teams.
  • Accountable : Responsible to work with the regions to deliver the project on time and at or above the as sold margin
  • Collaborate : Ability to work in a matrixed organization and find the optimal solution for

    Duties & Responsibilities :

    The successful candidate will be responsible to :

  • Establish and guide relationships with Regional Execution teams and functional leaders
  • Participate in execution strategy sessions
  • Lead project reviews on a global basis, keeping minutes of meetings and action items
  • Interact with customers when identified as the project sponsor
  • Maintain / Update ProjEx QMS execution procedures
  • Support Regions in ISO audits
  • Assist regions in removing obstacles and / or finding resources globally
  • Support finance teams in reporting on complex projects
  • Participate in the Global Win calls as required for complex projects
  • Qualifications

    Hard Skills :

  • Significant project execution expertise in a global setting including complex projects with
  • installation

  • Technical Expertise, general understanding of water treatment technologies
  • Strong Business Acumen, able understand customer and business needs to propose
  • optimum solutions

  • Contract terms and condition expertise and risk and opportunity identification
  • Financial acumen, understanding how project financials and decisions impact the Projects
  • P&L globally

  • in Engineering, or other equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years project management experience in the water and wastewater reuse
  • industry

  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Working Conditions

  • Willing to travel internationally and locally up to 15-30%
