Job description

Tasks

  • Participating in new equipment installations, modifications, and repairs.
  • Finding solutions and improvements to achieve production goals.
  • Implementing preventive and corrective maintenance projects for production equipment.
  • Supervising the work executed by company personnel.
  • Managing weekly scheduling and work supervision, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety measures.
  • Allocating personnel needs on the floor to optimize their performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with work procedures, environmental standards, and various codes such as building codes and electrical codes.
  • Purchasing necessary equipment based on needs.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

    • Job requirements

  • DVS in Electromechanics, DCS in Industrial Mechanics, or equivalent training.
  • Three to five years of team supervision and mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Spoken and written languages : French and English (mandatory).
  • Ability to read and interpret plans.
