We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Canada Sales Development team. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Manager of Sales Development.

You will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to Zscaler’s sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification.

This is a hybrid onsite role that requires 2 days a week in the office (Montreal).

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Researching and prospecting into organizations by emailing, calling, networking and other creative means to lead early stage pipelines
  • Qualifying and scheduling well qualified appointments with main decision makers within global 2000 or "targeted" companies through inbound and outbound leads
  • Utilizing the CRM to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects

  • What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Customer‑oriented background (sales, support, or customer service)
  • Skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre‑call planning, call structure / control, or time and territory management
  • What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com)
  • Experience in an outbound‑focused sales position

    Pay Transparency

    Zscaler complies with all applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency rules.

    Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    The base salary range listed for this full‑time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits.

    Base Pay Range

    $51,000 - $63,750 USD
