Role Overview :
This is a unique opportunity for someone excited about wearing many hats and contributing to the foundation of a fast-growing startup. The Operations Manager will take charge of office management, employee onboarding, team culture-building initiatives, operational process improvements, and even dabble in sales and marketing operations. You’ll work closely with multiple teams and leadership to ensure smooth operations, uncover opportunities for efficiency, and help our team thrive.
Key Responsibilities :
Office Management & Team Support
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the space is organized, stocked, and functional.
- Manage relationships with vendors, building management, and service providers.
- Organize and execute team events, off-sites, and celebrations to build a strong, positive workplace culture.
- Act as the go-to resource for team needs and problem-solve ad hoc issues as they arise.
Employee Onboarding & Culture Building
Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel supported and have the tools they need to succeed.Collaborate with HR and leadership to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture.Assist with training sessions and team development programs.Sales & Marketing Operations Support
Assist with maintaining and updating internal systems to improve data accuracy.Support the sales and marketing teams by preparing reports, analyzing data, and improving processes.Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Use our own product to drive AI automations across the businessSpot inefficiencies in workflows across teams and propose solutions to streamline operations.Collaborate on cross-functional projects that drive company growth.What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.0-2 years of experience in office management, operations, or similar roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks.Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, HRIS systems, CRMs, and project management softwareA team player with a positive attitude and passion for creating a supportive work environment.Prior startup experience is an assetBilingualism (English & French) is an asset
