Administrative Assistant - Law Firm

Our client, an excellent employer, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its day-to-day operations.
YOUR ROLE :
- Assist and provide administrative support in various files (filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.);
- Prepare and organize documents and files;
- Follow-up on files;
- File, scan and archive documents;
- Assist teams in various projects and administrative tasks.
- All other related tasks as required.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or Attestation of Vocational Studies (AVS);
- Experience in administrative support (legal field administrative support experience would be an asset) ;
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Good command of spoken and written French and English;
- Ability to work independently while being an active team member;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Attention to detail.
