PRIMARY FUNCTION(S) :

In the absence of the regular classroom teacher, provides meaningful instruction to help students learn subject matter and skills for scheduled lessons. Maintains a classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Establishes effective rapport with students and manages the classroom effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Classroom : Implements instructional plans left by the classroom teacher. Creates a conducive learning environment. Guides the learning process toward curriculum goals. Maintains a neat and orderly classroom. Records notes / observations for the classroom teacher.
