Requirements
Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Team-oriented with a professional attitude. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Integrity, ingenuity, and assertiveness in task performance. Preferred Qualifications and Assets : Transport Canada Certified AME licenses (E, M, or S). A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. Expertise in Dash 8 and CRJ systems is highly valued. Strong troubleshooting and quality workmanship. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Commitment to obtaining Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) if not already achieved.
