About the Role :

We are recruiting for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) across all disciplines—E (Avionics), M (Mechanical), and S (Structures). These roles are essential to ensuring the safety, functionality, and reliability of a wide range of aircraft systems. You will collaborate within a dynamic team environment to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of aircraft systems, including avionics, mechanical, and structural components.

Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and repairs to meet airworthiness standards.

Utilize avionics and mechanical test equipment, including air data test sets and autopilot systems.

Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.

Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including work cards and reports.

Promote and uphold safety standards and company values in all tasks.

Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications and Assets :

Transport Canada Certified AME licenses (E, M, or S).

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.

Expertise in Dash 8 and CRJ systems is highly valued.

Strong troubleshooting and quality workmanship.

Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Commitment to obtaining Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) if not already achieved.
