Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and expertise as Lead Veterinarian, ensuring exceptional patient care and coaching teams on wellness and preventive care.

Foster a culture of teamwork, client service excellence, and continuous improvement in protocols and operations.

Partner with hospital leadership to assess performance, drive improvements, and celebrate successes.

Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues, pet parents and community

Exceptional coaching and mentoring capabilities for your medical and support team

Passion for developing personally and professionally; prior experience leading medical teams is an asset but not required
