We are seeking an experienced and passionate Claims Adjuster to join a dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for managing compensation claims for Lifestyle Auto Boat and RV products. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with schedules from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday including at least two days per week in the office. Responsibilities :

Review and analyze policies assessments and technical reports to determine claim amounts negotiate and settle claims.

Process outstanding compensation claims for Lifestyle Auto Boat and RV products.

Provide advice to clients on specialized products and offer quick and exemplary customer service.

Perform tasks within granted limits and make autonomous decisions.

Maintain detailed records according to established protocols.

Participate in projects and regularly provide feedback on processes.

Collaborate with claims teams from other regions.

What you will need to succeed :

Postsecondary degree.

4 years of experience in handling Property or Auto claims.

Experience in processing claims for specialized products including RVs and boats.

Experience in customer service.

Possession of a claims expert license from AMF.

Required bilingualism : English and French to support clients in both languages.

Passion for Lifestyle claims and customer service.
