HRIS Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee data in Workday and ADP .

Process employee changes (new hires, terminations, transfers) accurately and on time.

Assist with payroll-related data entry and validation in ADP.

Support recruitment and HCM updates in Workday.

Generate and distribute HRIS reports as needed.

Assist in general HRIS projects and tasks, including system enhancements, testing, and data audits.

Ensure compliance with data integrity and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

Experience with Workday or ADP (ideal).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Duration : February - April (approx. 3 months with possibility of extension)
