Are you a skilled and dedicated individual with a passion for transforming commercial spaces? MaxSys is currently recruiting for a Commercial Renovation Labourer to be part of our clients dynamic team committed to excellence- located in the Saint John area.Pay rate:

• $19-25/h based on experience + 4% vacation pay, paid weekly

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Restore and renovate various structures and spaces according to project specifications
• Utilize power tools and equipment to complete renovation tasks
• Perform concrete forming and finishing for construction projects
• Carpentry work including framing, installing doors, windows, and trim
• Plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures and repairing plumbing systems
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide renovation projects
• Install cabinets and other fixtures in accordance with design plans
• Lay tiles and flooring materials with precision and attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience in renovation and restoration projects
• Proficiency in using power tools and equipment for construction tasks
• Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and concrete finishing methods
• Strong carpentry skills with the ability to build, repair, and install structures
• Familiarity with reading and understanding schematics and blueprints
• Experience in cabinet installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting cabinets
• Expertise in tile laying, including proper preparation, layout, and grouting
