About Our Opportunity
There are two positions available, one in Construction Highways and one in Goods and Services. In these roles you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work that will require the capacity to manage various tasks and competing priorities, and deadlines. As a Procurement Specialist, reporting to the Category Manager, you are responsible for and / or contribute to strategic sourcing within your assigned category.
The position requires a sound knowledge of Canadian contract and tendering law, plus all relevant acts, regulations, and trade agreements as they pertain to the public procurement environment. Another key mandate is the ability to provide direction to the Government and the private sector on complex issues of procurement, contracting, negotiation, and business relationships.

To be considered for this opportunity, you have a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years related experience in procurement; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

What We Offer
Pay Grade : PR 13
Salary Range : $2,750.62 - $3,343.61 Bi-Weekly
Note : The salary rates shown reflect the new Civil Service Agreement, effective April 1, 2025. Implementation in our HR system will occur on February 5, 2026. Until then, the current rates will apply. Employees hired during this period will receive retroactive pay adjustments in accordance with the new agreement and applicable policies.
