Duties and Responsibilities :
Complete daily inventory reconciliation of many distribution terminals across Canada, inclusive of operated and third-party locations including ensuring receipts and sales are posted in SAP
Analyze abnormal stock variations as they occur, troubleshoot & work with respective terminal staff to determine cause & correct transaction(s) if necessary.
Complete month-end reconciliation packages for operated terminals demonstrating completeness of inventory movements for sales and receipt in support of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control compliance requirements.
Work with cross functional counterparts in Supply Accounting, Trucking, Supply Ops and Terminal Ops, to support orbit shifting and urgent supply requirements.
Support development and tracking of new KPIs and operational performance metrics.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders including finance, scheduling and IT teams, to support requirements gathering to deliver process and technology improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications :
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or other applicable field.
3+ years of reconciliation, inventory, or accounting experience in the Oil & gas industry is required.
Extensive knowledge of SAP S4, SAP Fiori, etc.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including the MS Power platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, etc.)
Self-motivated, with a continuous development and improvement mindset
Excellent interpersonal, communications and facilitation skills
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
