Your new role
In this role, you will oversee the full financial lifecycle of a diverse portfolio of development projects—from early planning throughpletion. You will manage bi‑monthly cash flow forecasts, prepare detailed project financial reports, and ensure the accuracy of all financial schedules and supporting documentation. You’ll lead partner reporting, present monthly updates, and guide financial discussions. You will also manage year‑end working papers, review loan draw submissions forpliance, and monitor project costs against budgets to support informed decision‑making.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in accounting with a bachelor’s degree and a CPA designation. You have 3–5 years of experience in project accounting or financial analysis, ideally within real estate or construction. Your strengths include exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and the ability tomunicateplex financial information clearly to internal teams and external partners. You’re organized, deadline‑driven, andfortable navigating a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems are essential, along with amitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical financial management.
