CLIENT ADVISOR, PERSONAL INSURANCE, MARINE

Acera is seeking an ambitious and motivated  Junior Client Advisor  with a keen interest in  Marine insurance  and a desire to grow their knowledge and career within the insurance industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop technical expertise, and build lasting client relationships within a supportive and well-established organization.

As a Junior Client Advisor, you will have a strong focus on Marine insurance, and you will support an existing book of business while learning to provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients. You will work closely with experienced advisors and leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to Marine insurance and broader personal insurance products. Acera’s strong brand, collaborative culture, and community presence will help set you up for long-term success.

Location and Status :

Location :  Victoria or Nanaimo, BC

Status :  Permanent full-time employment (35 hrs / week)

Hours : Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Pay Range :  Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $50,000 - $60,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
