Client Services CoordinatorArtemis Recruitment is looking for a Client Services Coordinator for one of its clients in the commercial furniture sector, located in Ottawa. Benefits : Permanent position - hybrid (1 day in office) - health benefits - 3 weeks of vacation - collaborative environment - dynamic team - stability - professional development opportunitiesSchedule : 8 : 30?AM to 4 : 30?PM, 30?min lunch break - 37.5 hours / weekSalary : $50,000 to $55,000 / year Responsibilities : - Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding daily project updates and inquiries- Support sales representatives during client meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs as needed- Coordinate deliveries, warehousing, and installations with logistics and operations teams- Communicate with installation partners to confirm site readiness and manpower needs- Monitor schedules and proactively identify risks or delays- Manage multiple commercial furniture projects simultaneously from order to final delivery- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including purchase orders and change follow-ups- Review vendor invoices and ensure alignment with client billing- Support project close-out and financial follow-up- Perform various administrative tasks as needed Requirements : - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial furniture, design, or construction- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical drawings- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities- Team player with professionalism and accountability- Client-oriented mindset
