Agri-Neo’s mission is to help safely feed the world. Our vision to accomplish this is to set new food safety standards with our treatments for many foods. Our first product line is Neo-Pure, which leverages our proprietary technology of liquid formulas and systems that apply our solutions onto spices, seeds, herbs, and nuts in food processing facilities. These solutions control pathogens such as Salmonella and other quality indicator microorganisms (TPC, coliforms, etc.) to ensure the food is safe to eat and to prevent recalls. We have customers around the world (North America, Latin America, South America, China, Egypt, etc.), including large mainstream food processors that treat food continuously at high throughputs. We are scaling up our products at more mainstream customer sites to ensure that we set new food safety and food quality standards to help safely feed the world. We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Manager covering the Americas region, to join our commercial team.
POSITION SUMMARY
As our Sales Manager – Americas , you will lead the entire sales cycle to close Neo-Pure system sales. This will include generating leads, developing, and qualifying prospects, managing the due diligence process for each deal, and negotiating and closing Neo-Pure system sales. You will be responsible for identifying new leads by conducting research and by attending conferences, tradeshows, and networking events. You will work closely with other functions like Sciences and Engineering on the team to assemble compelling materials to address inquiries during the due diligence process. You will develop a strong financial business case for each prospect, including detailing out the economics to generate a compelling return on investment. You will lead negotiations and contracting to close deals for Neo-Pure system sales. You will have a clear understanding of our products and be able to demonstrate how they work in in-person or virtual meetings.
